LionHeart Productions

Effective Date: May 22, 2026   |   Last Updated: May 22, 2026

1. Introduction

LionHeart Productions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at https://LionHeartProductions.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices and rights available to you under applicable United States federal and state law.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Commitment: We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information for Marketing Purposes

LionHeart Productions does not sell your personal information, and we do not share, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own marketing or advertising purposes — ever. We do not engage in “sales” or “sharing” of personal information, as those terms are defined under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

Specifically:

  • We will never sell your name, email address, phone number, browsing history, or other personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or marketing companies.
  • We will never share your personal information with any third party so that they can market to you on their own behalf.
  • Any limited disclosure of information that does occur is restricted to the specific purposes described in Section 5 (“How We Disclose Your Information”) — such as engaging service providers who help us operate the Site, or disclosures required by law.

If our data practices ever change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, provide notice and obtain any necessary consent before making that change.

  • Approximate location (inferred from IP address)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

3.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services you choose to connect to the Site (e.g., social sign-on providers), business partners, or publicly available sources.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Site
  • Process transactions and fulfill orders or requests
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Send administrative communications, such as updates to our policies
  • Send you marketing communications about our own products and services, where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law — you may opt out at any time (see Section 6)
  • Personalize and improve your experience on the Site
  • Analyze usage trends and monitor the performance of the Site
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and technical issues
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

5. How We Disclose Your Information

We disclose personal information only in the limited circumstances below, and never so that a third party can use it for that third party’s own marketing purposes:

  • Service Providers: Vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support tools, email delivery), bound by contract to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LionHeart Productions, our users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of company assets, subject to confidentiality protections.
  • With Your Consent: When you have given us explicit permission to share your information for a specific stated purpose.
  • Aggregated or De-Identified Data: We may share information that has been aggregated or de-identified such that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Your Privacy Choices

6.1 Marketing Emails

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the “unsubscribe” link included in every marketing email, or by contacting us at Info@LionHeartProductions.com, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may continue to receive transactional or account-related messages even after opting out of marketing emails.

6.2 Cookies

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings or, if available, through our cookie preference tool. See Section 7 for details.

6.3 Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

“Our Site currently responds to the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out preference signal where required by law.”

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to:

  • Remember your preferences and keep you signed in
  • Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics)
  • Measure the performance of our own marketing (we do not permit third parties to use these technologies for their own independent marketing purposes)

Categories of cookies we may use include: strictly necessary, performance/analytics, and functionality cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time; disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

8. Your Rights Under State Privacy Laws

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under one or more state comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including those of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Florida (FDBR), Montana (MCDPA), Delaware (DPDPA), Iowa (ICDPA), Nebraska (NDPA), New Hampshire (NHDPA), New Jersey (NJDPA), Tennessee (TIPA), Minnesota (MCDPA), Maryland (MODPA), Indiana (INCDPA), Kentucky (KCDPA), and Rhode Island (RIDTPPA), as well as any other state whose law takes effect after this policy was last updated. • Right to Delete your personal information
  • Right to Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Right to Data Portability, in a readily usable format
  • Right to Opt Out of the Sale or Sharing of personal information — as noted in Section 2, we do not sell or share personal information, so this right is not currently applicable in practice, but you may still submit a request
  • Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising
  • Right to Opt Out of Profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects
  • Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising any of these rights
  • Right to Appeal a denied privacy request

8.1 California Residents

Under California Civil Code §1798.83 (the “Shine the Light” law), businesses that disclose personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes must provide consumers a way to request details of that disclosure. Because we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, no Shine the Light request is necessary — but you’re welcome to contact us with any questions. California residents also have the rights described above under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to limit use of sensitive personal information.

8.2 Nevada Residents

Nevada law (NRS 603A) allows residents to submit a request directing us not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.

9. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights described above, contact us at Info@LionHeartProductions.com or through [Web Form URL]. We will need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days, which may be extended once as permitted by law). You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except as permitted by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at Info@LionHeartProductions.com.

11. Financial Information

For financial products or services, certain information may also be handled consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its implementing regulations, including any related notice and opt-out requirements for sharing with nonaffiliated third parties.

12. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

14. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

15. International Users

The Site is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post any updated policy on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, provide additional notice of material changes.
